SHIPPING

·  The orders will be shipped within a maximum of eleven (11) business days after the settlement of the order counting from the day following receipt of the order.

·  Exceeding the delivery time, not justified by force majeure (Act of God), the Customer may request cancellation of the sale and obtain within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days the refund of the amount paid in connection with the sale.

·  For international orders, certain countries may apply customs duty on this import, and you will have to pay the duty in order to get the goods

 

RETURN POLICY

 

Return right

·  Products purchased from L’île aux Fées may be returned without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) days after the date of the receipt of the products purchased on lileauxfees.com

·  The right of return shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:

a. The product(s) must not have been worn, used, altered, washed or damaged

b. The label(s) must still be attached to the product(s)

c. The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging

 

Sending the products back

·  If these conditions are met the contract may be cancelled with lileauxfees.com, contact us at info@lileauxfees.com. The goods can then be returned.

· The risks and costs of returns are the sole responsibility of the Customer

·  The products must be returned to L’île aux Fées within a period of 14 (fourteen) days following the date of receipt of the products to the address

·  The goods must be sent by consigning them either to UPS in the case of the countries of the European Union (returns are free if you use the return label inserted into your order), or to the messenger service of your choice in the case of all other countries.

 In the case of the countries of the European Union, the only expenses paid by the consumer will be the cost of returning the products purchased, exclusively if you decide to use a messenger service other than that indicated by L’île aux Fées , i.e. UPS. On the other hand, if you choose the messenger service indicated by L’île aux Fées, i.e. UPS, the return of the products will be undertaken FREE OF CHARGE and will therefore be paid by L’île aux Fées.

·       For products returned from countries outside the European Union,  the cost of the return is paid by the customer.

 

Refund procedures

·  After the products have been returned, L’île aux Fées shall check the conformity of the products with the terms and conditions indicated in Paragraph Return Right above.

·  When L’île aux Fées is able to confirm that such conditions have been met, the client shall receive the relevant confirmation of acceptance of the returned products by email.

·  The customer shall obtain a refund for the sums already paid to purchase the returned products.

·  The sums will be refunded to as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 (fourteen) working days following the date on which to L’île aux Fées has become aware of the return decision.

·  If the recipient of the products is different from the individual who made the payment for such products, the sums shall in all cases be refunded to the individual who made the payment.

 

ORDERS DEFAULTS – COMPLAINTS

·  The Customer is required to verify the correctness of products received under his order at the time of delivery.

·  In case of any anomaly concerning the delivery such as: damaged packaging, missing products, damaged products, products not complying with the order complaints may be addressed within a delay of 2 weeks after reception of the products.

·  Notifications must be addressed to info@lileauxfees.com.

·  Where defects have been confirmed, the Customer can either ask for:

a.     A replacement of the Product(s) at the expense of L’île aux Fées

b.     A reimbursement of the order price (price of products and delivery charges) and cost of shipping, no later than within thirty (30) days from the mailing date of notification confirmation of error by the customer service.
